【VALORANT】「NRG」Victor選手およびChetヘッドコーチの脱退を発表【ヴァロラント】

北米を拠点に活動するeスポーツチーム「NRG」は7月16日、VALORANT部門のVictor選手およびChetヘッドコーチが脱退することを発表しました。

両名の経歴

Victor選手とChetコーチは、2021年10月にChetコーチが「Team Envy」に加入してからこれまで同じチームで活動。Envy時代にVALORANT Champions 2021 ベスト12を達成すると、2022年2月に「Optic Gaming」に加入してからは、VCT 2022 Stage 1 Masters 優勝、VCT 2022 Stage 2 Masters 3位、VALORANT Champions 2022 2位と、2022シーズンに圧倒的な成績を収めました。

そして、インターナショナルリーグ創設に伴い、2022年11月に「NRG」に移籍。2023シーズンは、VCT 2023 Americas League 2位、VCT 2023 Masters Tokyo 4位など国際大会で活躍するも、今シーズンはVCT 2024 Americas Kickoff ベスト4、VCT 2024 Americas Regular Season 8位で大会を後にしていました。

チームからの脱退発表後、両名はXを更新。これまでの活動に感謝を述べ、FAとして次のチームを模索することを明かしました。

この2年間の思い出をありがとう。新しくて刺激的なチームメイトたちとプレーすることができ、最後には最も昔からプレイしていたチームメイトたちと共演することができました。最後の1か月間は追いつくという難しい課題があり、残念ながら結果は望んでいたものとは違いましたが、私たちが得た経験に後悔はありません。

NRGは私の契約を更新しないことを決定し、私は来シーズンに向けてフリーエージェントになります。お問い合わせはDMまでお願いします。

NRGの経営陣は来シーズンに向けて私との契約を終了することを決定しました。来年に向けてVALORANTのインターナショナルリーグ / チャレンジャーズリーグに加えてCS2での活動を検討する予定です。
