No, when you use 精霊強化, the gage is charged only first turn. Game master announces that in particular situation, the gage is charged twice. But this is bug. I think we should not use such a bug.

Is status up 精靈强化 renew the gage of 蓄積-印 in every turn? (when status up 精靈强化 is turned on)
